Simon joined Blue Marlin as Planning Director in 1995, after a career in innovation and advertising at some of the UK's leading agencies. He then became Managing Director of Blue Marlin in Australia, which he took from start up to one of the region's most successful design companies, with an unrivaled client list and offices in Australia and Bangkok.

After several years as Global Business Development Director with responsibility for international client development, strategic brand consulting and NPD, Simon was promoted to Executive Director Bath in 2011.

Simon is partial to a spot of road cycling.
