Ben Cleaver, Managing Director bluemarlin New York, took to the podium at the 2013 Dieline Packaging Conference to discuss how austerity has evolved creative business practice.  

Post-Recession, design agencies are expected to do more with less, to generate higher profits with smaller teams, in less time. Subsequently, it's more important than ever to invest in creative culture, to build and manage teams strategically and foster strong client relationships, in order to achieve success.
