1Cover is the Australian market leader in direct travel insurance, but it had a problem. The boom in direct insurance meant it was getting squeezed by large-scale general insurance companies and niche players. It needed a robust, forward-looking strategy and an equally strong, engaging brand, so it came to us.
We developed a strategic direction that enabled it to broaden its offer and appeal to an increasingly savvy internet audience.

Our hero
1Cover Man is a fun and highly recognisable character in a sea of faceless companies. He is always working to get consumers the best deal and to offer them a more satisfying online experience. He’s a believable bloke who fronts the company online so successfully that we even developed a campaign that put him on the TV.
