David co-founded Blue Marlin. As the creative founder he has always taken an active role in creative planning and influencing creative teams around the globe.

In September 2009 he became group human resources director, championing Blue Marlin's commitment to offering seamless service to clients both global and local. David has worked on some of the world's biggest brands and understands the importance of managing creative talent.

He continues to work along side Andrew to drive the Blue Marlin vision forward and to nurture its values.
