Jean joined Blue Marlin in September 2008 from her role as Managing Partner and Executive Creative Director at The MSL Group, the New York-based $15m creative and production company. She previously founded ATM Design, which MSL acquired in 2004, where she pioneered the concept of 720°Brand Integration: the convergence of full service, in-house creative and production solutions.

She has 15 years of international brand consultancy experience, including roles at Imagination, Fitch and New York-based Gensler Architecture, Design & Planning.
