As client services director Rachel is responsible for building strong client relationships through delivering great work. On a day-to-day basis she has overall responsibility for key accounts and directs and mentors Blue Marlin’s London client services team.
Rachel has over 17 years experience in brand, design and communications, gained in global, regional and local client and agency roles in London, Sydney and Singapore.
Her passion lies in understanding consumers and different cultures, positioning brands and bringing them to life across touch-points to connect with consumers in the most relevant, engaging and commercial way. Rachel’s experience includes Unilever, Nestle, Mars, William Grant & Son and Pernod Ricard.
Keeping fit and healthy is a preoccupation, although not quite an obsession – her friends might argue otherwise.
