Phil joined Blue Marlin over ten years ago, first as Brand Development and Client Services Director, then Managing Director and Strategy Director. He has broad experience of brand development and innovation, on both client and agency side with over ten years in marketing management.

At Blue Marlin, he has worked with a wide range of FMCG, pharmaceutical, energy and corporate brands. His international experience spans most countries working with the likes of Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and Shell, whilst his local experience includes regional independents and start-ups.

It is a while since he played in a band, but Phil can be coaxed into playing the piano and the guitar after a few drinks.
