As Account Manager, Kayla is responsible for making Blue Marlin Bangkok tick. Since joining in May 2006, Kayla has become indispensable, managing agency systems to ensure we deliver on time and on budget and sharing responsibility for driving new business development.

While studying in the US Kayla gained a variety of work experience and developed her interest in design. Returning to Thailand she worked for The Quant Group, before joining Blue Marlin. She also finds time to help run the family resort in Hua Hin, where she’s gained experience at the sharp end of customer service. This has helped spark Kayla’s entrepreneurial spirit, which is evident in her work and in her ambition to one day become her own boss.
