Green is the new black, but as a wise frog once said “It’s not easy being green”. It seems that as marketers clamber to jump on the green bus consumers are seeing through the platitudes. Increasingly, marketers need to beware of the Greenwash; when more money or time is spent advertising being green rather than using time and resources on environmentally sound practices.
