Family-owned jewellery, giftware and homeware retailer Hiho Silver recognised the need to invest in a strong positioning and powerful brand identity in order to buck some of the toughest trading conditions in living memory.



Whip-crack-away!

On meeting the family, it was clear to us that Hiho was “English, eclectic and eccentric”, and that the new branding needed to express their kooky enthusiasm.

So we helped them express their passion in every way possible, from packaging to the website, and included guidance on how the brand could influence everything from staff training to marketing.

Our work and suggestions more than paid for itself within five months of the relaunch, setting off a stampede of new sales, while competitors languished at the starting gate.
